This morning’s post from David Kanigan really resonated with me. It was a great way to start my day and it also got me to thinking…..my dogs are pretty darn lucky, too! They live a cushy life and they’re loved beyond belief.

“What? There’s a crazed gunman loose 2 towns over?? No shit! Can we just snuggle?” Man I wish it was all that simple. Moral of the story? Love your family as your dogs love you.
I KNOW your dogs are lucky, Kath. And you’re absolutely right about the stress (or rather lack thereof). I was sitting at my computer stewing yesterday, wondering what trees I could shake to pick up more freelance work, and my crew was sprawled out at my feet, snoring happily and blissfully unaware that one need ever think about work at any length. Made me smile and whisper a little “Thank you” to the powers that be that I can provide them with a life filled with love and security. Lord knows they give to me daily….
